Alibarbar Australia is an online store with a narrow focus: we stock Alibarbar and nothing else. Every disposable, bulk pack and hookah device on this site comes from the Alibarbar catalogue, and every order leaves one of our two warehouses, Sydney or Melbourne, with an AusPost tracking number attached. The Alibarbar Ingot 9000 at the lower end, the Alibarbar Ingot 30000 at the top end and the Alibarbar Ice Adjust 12000 with its dual-tank cooling dial, eight models in total, are all held locally so same-day dispatch is realistic rather than aspirational.
That single-brand decision shapes how we buy, how we check stock and how we answer questions. We buy direct from authorised channels, we check the batch code on every box before it goes on the shelf, and we only list a flavour when it is actually in the warehouse, which is why the "sold out" labels on this site are honest rather than cosmetic.
Why "Alibarbar only"

How we ship
Orders placed before 3pm AEST on a business day are packed and handed to AusPost the same day from the Sydney or Melbourne warehouse closest to the destination. Every parcel carries a tracking number by the time the confirmation email lands in your inbox, and the outside of the box is plain and unbranded. How we handle problems
Manufacturing faults, wrong product sent, parcels damaged in transit, the returns policy covers all three, with a 14-day fault window from delivery. Email first with your order reference and a short description or photo; if the fault is confirmed we cover return postage and either replace or refund. Flavours are subjective, so "not what I expected" is not a fault, the model and strength are listed on every product page before you buy.
Payment
Three options: bank transfer, PayID and crypto (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT and a few others). Crypto is the cheapest, the 15% discount applies automatically at checkout, which usually more than covers the exchange cost even for small orders. We do not accept credit cards; the payment-processor fees would quietly push device prices up, and keeping that out of the margin is one of the reasons the per-device prices on this site are competitive.
