Dispatch times

Orders placed before 3pm AEST on a business day are packed and handed to AusPost the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off, on weekends or on public holidays go out on the next business day.

Delivery options and fees

Two options at checkout: Standard (around three business days) and Express (around one). The exact fees are shown at checkout, calculated from the order weight and destination. Orders of $300 or more ship Express for free. The minimum order across the catalogue is $100 AUD.

Tracking and packaging

Every order gets an AusPost tracking number by email once it has been handed over. Packaging is plain and unbranded on the outside, the box does not name the contents.

Where we ship

Every Australian state and territory, from the Sydney and Melbourne warehouses. We do not ship outside Australia.

Lost or delayed parcels

If a parcel's tracking has not updated for more than three business days after dispatch, email order@alibarbarflavoursaus.com with the order reference and we will open an AusPost trace. In the rare case of a confirmed loss we re-ship at our cost.
