Returns and Refunds

Short version

If a device arrives faulty or we send the wrong product, email order@alibarbarflavoursaus.com within 14 days with your order reference and a short description (or a photo if it is a visible issue). We will replace or refund, and if the fault is confirmed we cover return postage.

What is covered

Manufacturing faults, wrong product sent, parcel damage in transit. Report any of these within 14 days of delivery.

What is not covered

Change of mind on a sealed e-cigarette product, Australian consumer law does not require retailers to accept these back for hygiene reasons. "Flavour not as expected" is also not a fault, since flavour is subjective; the model and strength are listed on every product page before you buy.

Timing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within three business days of the device being received back (or faster if the issue is clear from a photo). Replacements ship the same business day once the fault is confirmed.
