Alibarbar Australia collects only the information needed to fulfil your order: name, delivery address, email, phone (if given) and a payment reference. Order records are kept for seven years as required by Australian tax law and nothing beyond that period.

What we do with it

We use your delivery details to send the parcel and the AusPost tracking number. We use your email to send the order confirmation, the tracking email, and to answer any question you send us. We do not sell or share your details with any third party except AusPost (for delivery) and our payment provider (for the transaction).

Cookies and analytics

We use a cart cookie to remember what you added, and basic server-side analytics to count page views. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or trackers.

Your rights

Email order@alibarbarflavoursaus.com to request a copy or deletion of your records. Deletion is applied as soon as the seven-year retention period allows.
